About The Mind Gym

The Mind Gym was born in 2000, with the aim of providing a beacon in the forest of psychology and personal development by making the former accessible and the latter rigorous.

The mind Gym delivers 90-minutes workouts, in a range of subjects from: Creativity for logical thinkers, Confidence, Stress busters, Tricky people.

The workouts are run in organizations across Europe, US and London Business School to Virgin, Microsoft.

Their sessions are packed with stories, exercises, scientific research and practical advice, which tend to leave people excited, motivated and wiser.

Our minds tend to work in autopilot. Like the foreigner who keeps repeating the same words only louder each time the local doesn’t understand, we carry on thinking and approaching business challenges in much the same way even when it isn’t getting us what we want.

The solution is to spot and change our mental default settings. Sessions around the campfire will show us how to.

As a result we will be more likely to:

Come up with solutions to what seemed like intractable problems

Spot new opportunities jut by thinking differently

Gain energy and have less negative stress

Achieve more in less time

Win people round to our point of view

Feel in charge of our destiny

“If every business leader in the UK applied The Mind Gym techniques, the UK productivity gap would disappear in a moment”, Tim Melville-Ross, CBE, Chairman of Investors in People, Former Director General of Institute of Directors
