IPayment

A deposit of 50% per person will be paid on reserving the activity(ies). This will normally be taken from credit card details supplied by the customer(s). InternetOutdoors.com will send you a Confirmation of Booking detailing the activity(ies), dates and numbers booked and setting out the final balance due from you.

The outstanding balance will be taken six weeks before the commencement date of the activity(ies) and this will be automatically debited from the same credit card details used for the deposit unless we are instructed otherwise.

Cancellation

In the event of customer cancellation, the deposit will be lost. Failure to pay the outstanding balance on the due date will be construed as cancellation. After full payment has been made six weeks prior to your commencement date, the full amount will be forfeit if you cancel. It is advised that all participants should have standard holiday insurance which should cover cancellation due to ill health or bereavement, and loss of monies or baggage etc.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel activities, and offer alternatives, if conditions beyond our control mean that the activity would be dangerous or difficult for any reason. Weather conditions can play a major part in the safety of many of the activities on offer.

Health & Fitness

All persons taking part in outdoor sports should be in good health and have a reasonable basic level of fitness. You need to advise us in advance of any Special Needs or medical problem experienced by you, or any member of your party that might effect that person during these activities. All participants in water-based sports must be able to swim.

Public Liability

InternetOutdoors.com carries a comprehensive public liability insurance. Copies of the policy are available on request. We accept no liability for injury, death, damage, accident or inconvenience incurred by a person participating in one of our activities/parties. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property or cars of any kind during your time with us.

You agree that neither Internet Outdoors Limited nor its associates, employees or sub-contractors are liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise out of the provided activities and sports programme. These include, without limitation, damages arising out of injury sustained during an activity or sport, communicating with other participants in programmes organised by Internet Outdoors Limited. including, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and/or emotional distress or discomfort.

Internet outdoors limited is not liable for any injuries or damages of any kind, which result from any goods and services provided by third parties under the Internetoutdoors.com or Internet Outdoors Limited name. These include damages and/or injuries that result from the venues and/or equipment or materials that are used by the activity providers. In the unlikely event of such injuries or damages arising you agree not to hold liable Internet outdoors limited nor its associates, partners, employees or sub-contractors with respect thereof. Internet Outdoors Limited is not liable for any injuries, damages or subsequent health problems, without limitation, arising before, during or after an Internet Outdoors Limited event from pre-existing medical conditions participants may have, even if these have been made known to Internet outdoors limited in advance.

Internet outdoors limited is not liable for any damage, without limitation, which results from using the InternetOutdoors.com website.

We endeavour to work only with reliable third party operators, who manage their activities to the highest safety standards. Some of our activities have age, height, weight or other special restrictions. If in doubt, please check with our staff before booking. Additionally, where an activity includes an element of personal risk, activity providers may require participants to sign disclaimers before taking part.
